Аннотация

Атрезия трехстворчатого клапана – сложный врожденный порок сердца, при котором правое предсердие не открывается в правый желудочек через правый атриовентрикулярный клапан. Частота встречаемости порока среди всех врожденных аномалий сердца составляет 1,1–3,1%, при этом он занимает третье место по распространенности среди пороков «синего» типа. Прогноз естественного течения атрезии трехстворчатого клапана неблагоприятный: без операции на первом году жизни умирают до 67%, а к 10 годам – до 90% детей. Настоящие клинические рекомендации отражают современные представления об этиопатогенезе, клинической картине, диагностике, консервативном и хирургическом лечении пациентов с атрезией трехстворчатого клапана. Отдельно рассмотрен вопрос лекарственной тромбопрофилактики после этапного хирургического лечения.
